How do we work?
We personally select and pre-screen each member to ensure our matches are of high value. Applicants are sent a character questionnaire and then meet personally to be qualified.
We offer a unique added service: relationship and date coaching, as well as personal styling. We believe that in order for you to have an incredible relationship, you need to put your best foot forward. With the added bonus of feeling confident in every aspect.
Is there a fee involved?
Yes, there is a membership fee. We see this as an investment in your love life and long-term happiness. The fee varies depending on the membership package or level you choose, and we will discuss the options with you during your consultation.
How are we different to a dating app or online site?
Mirabela is a personalised matchmaking service that is dedicated to helping you find and build a joyful and successful relationship. Unlike a dating app or online site, we personally interact with you weekly so that we can carefully select the best match for you. We also equip you with the tools and knowledge on how to become a datable and desirable partner through our professional coach and stylist.
When can I expect my first match?
Within the first two months, you will be given your first introduction if we believe that we have found the right fit for you. We don’t want to waste time or have any of our members go on dates merely to fulfil a membership. Mirabela works to always bring you the best match possible.
What is the difference between an introduction and a match?
An introduction is the opportunity to create a match. You are receiving an introduction when we share a profile of a potential match to you. Once both parties accept the introduction, that is when a match is made!
How many introductions do I get?
This varies depending on which membership you are on. Our 12-month membership offers you up to 12 quality matches. Each introduction is carefully considered to ensure your dates are enjoyable and full of potential.
What happens if I don’t like any of my introductions?
We always strive to bring you the best possible compatible matches. We understand that not everyone will agree with whom they have been matched up with. However, Mirabela is here to give you what you need, not just what you want. We look beyond what you would normally go for and align you with a match who is able to complement your own personality.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don’t do refunds and with our high success rate we can confidently say that our methods work!
Do I have to do dating coaching or styling?
No. We do however recommend both if you want to increase your chances of a successful match. We believe that by becoming the most datable and best version of yourself, you will have a higher chance of building a more successful and lasting relationship.
Do I have to be single to join?
To ensure our clients are emotionally available and genuinely ready for a new relationship, all members must be single, not living with a current or former partner, and free from any ongoing relationship commitments. Individuals who have been married must be separated for a minimum of six months before joining our service.
Can I call you at any time with a dating emergency?
You can call us anytime during office hours with any questions or concerns you have. In the meantime, our BLOG (link) is full of helpful advice and tips, and we suggest brushing up with the advice given to you in your welcome pack before the first date.
Can I put a hold on my membership?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you begin a relationship, we can pause your membership for up to three months. If you're travelling overseas, we can also place your membership on hold and resume your search when you're back.
Can I receive multiple dates?
It is against our policy and ethic to provide more than one date at a time.
Every introduction is pre-screened to assure your date is a successful one, and therefore we want to allow the introduction to flourish. Which is why we have become the preferred matchmaking agency.

How do I get started?
The first step is completing a detailed questionnaire so we can learn more about you, your lifestyle, values, and relationship goals. We then arrange a personal phone interview to get to know you better, discuss what you're looking for in a partner, and answer any questions you may have about the matchmaking process.
Then we organise a face-to-face meeting, either in person or via Zoom, we get to know the real you—your values, interests, hobbies, lifestyle, and the qualities you are seeking in a partner. The more insight we have into who you are and what you're looking for, the more successful we can be in finding compatible matches.
