When can I expect my first match?

Within the first 30 days you will be given your first match if we believe that we have found the right fit for you. We don’t want to waste time or have any of our members go on dates merely to fulfil a membership. MIrabela works to always bring you the best match possible.

How many matches do I get?

Our 12 month membership offers you up to 12 quality matches. Each match is thought over in detail to make sure that your dates are enjoyable and full of potential.

What happens if I don’t like any of my matches?

We always strive to bring you the best compatible matches possible. We understand that not everyone will agree with whom they have been matched up with. However, Mirabela is here to give you what you need, not just what you want. We look beyond what you would normally go for and align you with a match who is able to complement your own personality.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we don’t do refunds and with our 95% success rate we can confidently say that our methods work!

Do I have to do dating coaching or styling?

No! We do however recommend both if you want to increase your chances of a successful match. We believe that by becoming the most datable and best version of yourself, you will have a higher chance of building a more successful and lasting relationship.

Do I have to be single to join?

Yes, Mirabela only works with individuals who are single and looking for a monogamous long-term relationship.

One of our requirements is to be clear of any past relationships or marriages and not living with a partner. Also must be separated from a marriage for at least a minimum of 6 months.

Can I call you at any time with a dating emergency?

When you enter in a relationship we can freeze your membership for 3 months.

If you travel overseas we can freeze your membership until you return.

Can I receive multiple dates?

It is against our policy and ethic to provide more than 1 date at a time.

Every introduction is pre-screened and thought out to assure your date is a successful one, and therefore we want to allow the introduction to flourish. Which is why we have become the preferred matchmaking agengy.

How do I get started?

First step. We send you a questionnaire to make sure we know who you are. Next step, we arrange a phone interview where we get to know you personally and talk about the person you would like to meet.
